Early 1990s fanzine from San Diego called OSMOTIC TONGUE PRESSURE, named after a Richard Meltzer-ism of unknown provenance. The guy behind this, Mike Kinney, is unfortunately no longer with us. I know they did at least five of these things, but this is the only one I ever had.
