The hyper, crude, wacked-out Finnish spazz garage punk of LIIMANARINA was one of the high-water marks of the ‘89-’92 time period. Their label Bad Vugum put out all manner of insular weirdness from Finland, full of vowels and vulgarity. Not that you’d understand a word of it unless you were from Espoo or Tampere or Oulu.
